Life is a farce if a person does not serve the truth
"Chieftain of the anthroposophists"
Breach of trust
A board member may not handle matters in which he himself has a significant interest
On 01/09/2024, it is further registered that the Cultural Center Foundation in Järna sells the properties Säby 1:9 and Säby 2:2 to Kulturforum Järna AB, which incorporates Säby 1:9 and Säby 2:2 into Säby 5:2. Kulturforum Järna AB is a subsidiary of The Vidar Foundation. The foundation is incapacitated. If it follows the same pattern as similar transactions, the properties were probably sold at a gross underprice to The Vidar Foundations subsidiary, from which the Anders Kumlander family enriches itself. The price was set at SEK 12.2 million for 37,900 m2, including at least eight buildings (including Bruno Liljefors' "White House"), lake plot, agricultural land, fixtures and machinery. The contract in the Application for Property Regulation is signed on 2023-08-28 by Anders Kumlander & Juhani Selvani, on both sides.
A total of SEK 51 million has been invested in the property over the years, of which the completion in 1992 accounted for SEK 43 million. The land was owned by the Cultural Center Foundation in Järna until 2020-12-31.12
The Culture House in Ytterjärna (including the land, according to the Land Survey) has been owned since 31 December 2020 by Kulturforum Järna AB, which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Steneken Holding AB, which is 100% owned by the Vidar Foundation, which is 100% controlled by the Anders Kumlander family. The statutes of the House of Anthroposophy Foundation state that they must provide premises for the Anthroposophical Society. They can thus no longer do that through the The Culture House in Ytterjärna, which they sold on December 31, 2020, probably for SEK 6.9 million. The amounts appear to be fabricated in order to zero out the balance sheet of the House of Anthroposophy Foundation only. The foundation is incapacitated and completely irrelevant after the sale. Despite that, the sale is not even mentioned as a "Significant event" in the annual report, regardless of the fact that the House of Anthroposophy Foundation cannot fulfill its purpose without the The Culture House. The annual report is misleading.
Anders Kumlander was on the board of the seller of the Culture House as well as the buyer Kulturforum Järna AB.
The Cultural Center Foundation in Järna seems to have received zero net payment for the land. It's not even mentioned in its annual report as a significant event, which is misleading. That is for land of up to 48,976 sqm, which they have owned since 1972-09-30 by donation. Anders Kumlander and Juhani Selvani has signed the purchase contract for the Cultural Center Foundation in Järna, where they sold the property to self-controlled limited liability companies and foundations. This is possibly a crime against the Foundation Act. According to the deed, the purchase price is SEK 6,850,000, but that seems to in the end not have ended up in the Cultural Center Foundation in Järna, but to the House of Anthroposophy Foundation. Exact amount how this is done is neither visible nor mentioned in the annual report 2020 for the Cultural Center Foundation in Järna, which should therefore be questioned.

The Tree of Knowledge-Fraud
Dornach, 17th november 2023
Dear Mr Kumlander!
Although some time has passed since the Albert Steffen Foundation sold the series "Tree of Knowledge" by Hilma af Klint to you, we would like to address you again and explain that we are very dissatisfied with how this sale has been handled.
The brief summary of this letter is that we are disappointed and feel deceived and cheated. It is particularly bitter because we have prioritized idealistic motives over financial ones.
With kind regards from Dornach,
The board of the Albert Steffen Foundation
Anders Kumlander deceived the Albert Steffen Foundation - For his own Multi-Million Gain
At the Glenstone Museum outside Washington DC, there is a duplicate of Hilma af Klint's 'Tree of Knowledge' series, which she donated to the Anthroposophical Society at the Goetheanum in the 1920s. The series ended up in the Albert Steffen Foundation, which sold it on. It turns out that the buyer was Anders Kumlander personally, and not the Kristallen Foundation (or the Vidar Foundation) as he claimed to the Albert Steffen Foundation. In a letter from the Albert Steffen Foundation to Anders Kumlander dated November 17, 2023, it is stated that Anders Kumlander personally purchased the paintings and sold them on to the David Zwirner Gallery.
According to the Swedish Tax Agency, Anders Kumlander showed the following capital surplus in his income declaration:
