2.1 The Chief Executive Officer shall lead and coordinate the operations of the foundation and ensure that: a) The decisions of the board are implemented and be responsible for planning and executing the activities of the foundation in accordance with guidelines and instructions provided by the board. b) The operations of the foundation are conducted to achieve established objectives in accordance with the fundamental provisions for operations. c) Laws, agreements, regulations, and this instruction are complied with. d) The operations are conducted economically and efficiently.

2.2 The Chief Executive Officer's responsibilities include: a) Before each board meeting, prepare proposals for the agenda and materials for the board's decisions well in advance. b) Send out a written notice, containing the agenda and necessary materials for the meeting, no later than one week before the scheduled meeting date. The agenda should indicate which items are for decision-making and which are for informational purposes. c) Ensure that the board has access to comprehensive, reliable, and relevant information about both external conditions and the internal affairs of the foundation as a basis for its work. d) Between board meetings, keep the chairman of the board informed of matters of significant importance for the development of the foundation's operations.
