3.17 Ulrika af Klint has, in connection with the Hilma af Klint NFT launch, since Tuesday, November 1, 2022, on several occasions, requested reporting from the Foundation's CEO. The requested documentation has, among other things, concerned the extent/task description of the agreements, referring to which board decision they originate from, invoicing with associated work reports, and documentation of who has certified. Several emails have been issued by Ulrika af Klint to the CEO from November 1, 2022, to date to clarify what has occurred, attachment 2.
